[Neutron] LLB call for proposals (1/10/2002)

The second session of 2002's Selection Committees at Laboratoire Leon Brillouin 
(CEA-Saclay, France) for neutron experiment performed first half of 2003
will take place soon. 

The deadline for submission of proposals for beam time allocation, on
our 26 neutron spectrometers installed around the ORPHEE reactor, is : 
                      October 1st 2002
