Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee I am pleased to announce the First
Workshop of the International Consortium on Ultra-Small-Angle Scattering
(IConUSAS), which will held at Oak Ridge, TN on July 9-10, 2003. The main
goal of this meeting is to create an international collaboration of
scientific groups working in the field of X-ray and Neutron
Ultra-Small-Angle Scattering.
