-->>   If you plan to do experiments in our Experimental Hall it is advisable to start the Security Check for free access in good time (for more information please see under

-->> Due to extended routine maintenance at the beginning of 2009 no neutrons will be available from 1 January to 15 March 2009.

-->> Please note: By January 2009, the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (formerly Hahn-Meitner-Institut Berlin) and the Berlin Synchrotron radiation facility BESSY will have merged to form the new Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (HZB) with identical deadlines for HZB neutron and photon applications.
