[Neutron] REMINDER: PSI Users Meeting JUM at P 09 and PSI Thesis Medal

Please remember:

On October 12-13, 2009 the Paul Scherrer Institute PSI and its Users  
Association organize - for the first time -
a Joint Users Meeting (JUM at P 09) of the three PSI user facilities SLS,  
SINQ and SmuS. JUM at P 09 is a
'by users for users' meeting. In fact, both topics and speakers have  
been selected by the three user communities.

The deadline for the submission of contributions to the parallel  
scientific symposia has been extended to July 15.

In addition:

The Paul Scherrer Institut established a new prize consisting of a  
medal, a certificate and a prize money (CHF 5000,-)
to be awarded for an outstanding PhD thesis. The prize will be awarded  
during the plenary session of the JUM at P 09 meeting.
