Post Doctoral Research Fellow - Neutron Scattering:
Instrument Scientist/ Research in Ferroelectrics and Multiferroics

The Neutron Scattering and Magnetism Group (Institute for Solid State Physics, ETH Zurich Physics Department) is seeking an outstanding candidate for postdoctoral position. The successful candidate will carry two equally important responsibilities. The major part is a fundamental research in the field of structural and magnetostructural phase transitions. The second activity, which will consume 30% of the candidate’s time, will be providing “local contact” support to the users of the EIGER spectrometer at Paul Scherrer Institut, as well as the instrument maintenance and development.
