[Neutron] Extension of Lujan proposal submission deadline

The deadline for submission of neutron scattering proposals to the Lujan Center has been extended until 9:00 a.m. MST on Monday, May 21, 2012.  All proposals to be considered for this run cycle must be received by this date.  There will be no further extension.
