[Neutron] Reminder: ILL call for proposals

Dear Colleague

Next deadline for standard proposal submission is *Monday 16 September 
2019* (midnight European time).
The web system is now *open* all the year round.
Proposals must be submitted via the Electronic Proposal Submission (EPS) 
system on our User Club <https://userclub.ill.eu/userclub/>, once you 
have logged in with your personal username and password. In case of 
problems, you will receive full support from the User Club team 
(club at ill.eu).

Accepted proposals will be scheduled during one reactor cycle before 
summer. There will be another call in February 2020 for proposals to be 
scheduled during one reactor cycle in Autumn 2020.

*Outreach for new users:*
A limited beam time access for new users from non-member countries will 
also be available via the EU project FILL2030.
Proposals will be evaluated via the regular panel meetings.
