Research scientist and Postdoc researcher positions at RIKEN (JAPAN)
Strongly correlated spin research team @ RIKEN CEMS (Team leader H. Furukawa) are seeking highly motivated condensed-matter NEUTRON scattering scientists in the field of strongly correlated electron systems. If you know anyone who might get interest in these positions, please forward this message to them.
The successful candidates will carry out original research by utilizing various neutron scattering techniques.
Applicants must have a doctor degree (or are expected to have until the employment). Applicants with less than 5 years postdoctoral research are expected to apply to the position of postdoctoral researcher and those with more than 5 years postdoctoral research are expected to apply to the research scientist position. Previous experience with (i) research of emergent phenomena in strongly correlated electron systems and (ii) neutron scattering experiments is expected for research scientist but only (i) is required for postdoctoral candidates.
