Uppsala University, in collaboration with ISIS neutron and muon source, is looking for two enthusiastic postdocs with an interest in neutron reflectivity. One position is based in Uppsala and is focussed on growing magnetic thin films which are used to enhance the information content of neutron reflectivity curves. The other position can be based in Sweden, at ISIS or a combination, and is focussed on developing the code used to optimize the thin films, as well as analysing the reflectivity data. For further information on either please contact either Jos Cooper (Jos.Cooper at stfc.ac.uk<mailto:Jos.Cooper at stfc.ac.uk>), Björgvin Hjörvarsson (bjorgvin.hjorvarsson at physics.uu.se<mailto:bjorgvin.hjorvarsson at physics.uu.se>), or Sean Langridge (Sean.Langridge at stfc.ac.uk<mailto:Sean.Langridge at stfc.ac.uk>). Applications are welcomed from people who have knowledge in reflectivity, thin film growth and magnetism, or have a strong background in coding, though knowledge in all is not necessary. The closing date for applications is 2nd January, please apply at:
