We are pleased to announce that registration and abstract submission
for the 4th J-PARC Symposium (J-PARC2024) open on June 28, 2024.
We invite researchers from all over the world to participate in this
international symposium.

+ Registration Fees and Deadlines

Regular (Early)    JPY 50,000
         (Standard) JPY 60,000
	Student (Early)    JPY 30,000
	        (Standard) JPY 40,000
		Accompany person   JPY      0 (Banquet not included)

Early registration deadline: August 31, 2024
Registration deadline: September 15, 2024

Registration fees include:
- Access to all symposium sessions #
- Presentations at sessions
- Publication in JPS Conference Proceedings
- Coffee breaks #
- Welcome reception on October 14 (Mon) #
- Banquet on October 16 (Wed)
- J-PARC Tour #

Registration for the accompanying person includes the items with “#”.
JPY 8,000 will be charged for accompanying guests to attend the banquet.

Online Registration is available through the “AMARYS” website at the JTB
Corp., the official agent for the symposium. The link to AMARYS is found

+ Call for Abstracts

Abstracts for posters and invited oral presentations can be submitted
through AMARYS after your registration. Please use this template for
your abstract. Please select your presentation category from

Abstract submission deadline: July 31, 2024

+ Publication

All presenters are invited to submit each of their papers to
“Proceedings of the J-PARC Symposium 2024” as a volume of JPS
Conference Proceedings, an open access journal of the Physical Society
of Japan. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed.

The detailed information is to be provided in the symposium page.

+ Financial Support

The J-PARC 2024 local organizing committee allocates funds to support
students as well as researchers from developing countries. An amount
equivalent to travel expenses, including cheap economy airfare and
domestic public transportation, will be paid to eligible applicants in
Japanese yen (JPY) at the conference site. Applications will be
reviewed and selected at the end of July and August. Once all the
allocated funds have been granted, no further applications for
financial support will be considered.

1. Applicants must be registered as the first author of a contributed
    paper to be presented at the symposium prior to the selection
       meeting for financial support.

2. Student applicants must submit a recommendation letter from their
    academic supervisor along with their application. Researchers from
       developing countries must submit a recommendation letter from the
          dean or director of their affiliation along with their
	    application. The application form and Recommendation letter template
