Dear neutron users,

There are two conference sessions about total scattering at the ACA and Denver X-ray conference this year. I would recommend you to consider submitting abstracts to those sessions so we can meet and share the development and application of the total scattering technique for local structure studies. Here below are the details about the conferences and the sessions,

ACA
===

- ACA 2025 website: https://www.acameeting2025.com
- ACA 2025 sessions: https://www.acameeting2025.com/sessions (the total scattering session is 2.1.5)
- ACA 2025 abstract submission: https://www.acameeting2025.com/call-for-abstracts (deadline for oral presentation abstract is March 31 and you can find other important dates in the landing page - the first link above)

Denver-Xray Conference
===

- DXC 2025 website: https://www.dxcicdd.com
- DXC 2025 sessions: https://www.dxcicdd.com/dxc-program-2025 (the total scattering session is under 'X-RAY DIFFRACTION TOPICS', named 'Structure Elucidation via PDF')
- DXC 2025 abstract submission: https://www.dxcicdd.com/abstracts/ (deadline for abstract submission is March 20)
- At DXC this year, we will host a half-day workshop 'data processing of total scattering data and how to avoid pitfalls along the way'. Please feel free to register (see the landing page - the first link above).

Please feel free to get back to me at zhangy3 at ornl.gov<mailto:zhangy3 at ornl.gov> if any questions about this. Thank you for your consideration!

Cheers,
Yuanpeng
