[Neutron] Croucher Summer Course on Neutron Scattering, August 10-16, Hong Kong

I am pleased to announce the 5th Croucher Summer Course on Neutron Scattering, to be held on August 10-16 at City University of Hong Kong. Please forward this message to interested students.

This 5-day intensive course is designed for promising postgraduate students and early-career researchers. Apart from fundamental scattering theory and practical data analysis training, the programme covers commonly used techniques with applications in physics, chemistry, materials science, engineering, and life sciences. Participants will have the chance to discuss their research with instructors and explore how neutron scattering can address their project challenges. The course concludes with an optional tour to China Spallation Neutron Source in Dongguan.

The registration fee is HK$3,000, which covers 7-day (6-night) accommodation, breakfast & lunch for 5 days, and dinner for 1 night. Partial travel support may be provided for overseas applicants based on need.
