[Neutron] Prolonged ESS instrument roadmap submission deadline: March 27

Dear colleagues and collaborators,

We are delighted by the extensive interest shown by the community to develop new instrument ideas for the Call for Input to the ESS Instrument Roadmap, which has been open since February last year. In order to provide the teams additional time to finalize their proposals we have prolonged the deadline for proposal submission to March 27 2026.
