[Neutron] Soft Matter PhD Position PSI-ILL

Dear Colleagues,

We have an opening for a PhD student in an exciting collaborative project between PSI and ILL. We aim to investigate self-assembled systems under extreme shear/extensional flows generated in a state-of-the-art capillary rheometer, coupled with small-angle neutron scattering and polarised imaging. The project is lead by Dr. Ashley Williams and Dr. Viviane Lutz-Bueno at PSI, Prof. Peter Fischer at ETH, and Dr. Lionel Porcar at ILL. The PhD student will spend their first year at PSI, followed by the subsequent 3 years at the ILL. If you know know of eager and determined students looking to do their PhD, please pass this onto them.
