Dear Colleagues,

The Frank Laboratory of Neutron Physics of the Joint Institute for 
Nuclear Research invites you to submit applications for neutron beam 
time at the high-flux pulsed reactor IBR-2.

Applications are accepted through the online system at: 
https://ibr-2.jinr.int.

The deadline for application submission is April 12, 2026.

Beam time will be allocated for the reactor cycles in the second half of 
2026 based on the results of the evaluation of applications by expert 
committees and in accordance with the Regulations of the FLNP JINR User 
Program.
