[Neutron] 9th Nordic/Baltic School of Neutron Scattering

Dear all,


It is a pleasure to invite students and post docs to participate in the 9th Nordic/Baltic School of Neutron Scattering, sponsored by SwedNess, WISE, and NordForsk, to be held (26-) 28 Sept to 9 Oct 2026 at the LINXS, next to ESS in Lund (S).


The school will contain a comprehensive introduction to neutrons and the different sub-fields within neutron scattering. It will start with an optional two-day brush-up (26+27 Sept) in Math and Physics.


Due to the sponsorship, participation in the school is free for all, while students from the Nordic Countries will also have accommodation and transport covered.
