<b>Your tasks:</b><br>
- Head of the Soft Matter Group including responsibility for budget and personnel<br>
- User support on small-angle scattering instruments at SINQ (35% of time)<br>
- Conduction of fundamental research in soft matter<br>
- Acquisition of external funding for science and instrumentation projects<br>
<br>
<b>Your profile:</b><br>
- Phd degree in chemistry or physics<br>
- Proven track record in the field of soft matter materials<br>
- Experience with neutron or X-Ray experiments and related data analysis<br>
- Experience with management of projects<br>
- Experience with supervision of postdocs and students<br>
- Approachable personality with good judgement for personnel management<br>
