<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The Physics Shop is well-known for the many instruments used for neutron scattering that it has produced for various research labs, nationally and internationally, over
the years. Mainly, the Physics Shop performs a wide variety of design and fabrication work for the University. Manual lathes, mills, etc. as well as a CNC milling machine and lathe are used in the construction of research equipment.

knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Those with less than an Associate’s degree, but having more experience, are encouraged to apply.
