<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">I am organising an online seminar about studying lipid structures in membranes and food formulations as part of the LINXS Northern Lights on Food theme (<a href="https://www.linxs.se/northern-lights-on-food">https://www.linxs.se/northern-lights-on-food</a>).
The fundamental aim of this series of seminars is to increase the understanding of how researchers can use X-rays and neutrons in studies related to food and health.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
