Budget and weather problems have delayed the final announcement for the
Neutron Scattering Satellite Meeting. The only thing that is really urgent
is the 15 February deadline for receipt of applications for travel grants.
Our understanding is that people who apply for travel grants to attend the
Seattle Congress will be elligible for additional funds if they intend to
go to a satellite meeting also. Information is on page 3 of the Second
Circular and Call for Papers for the Congress, distributed with the IUCr
Newsletter. It may also be obtained from the World Wide Web at
