We have just advertised the following academic positions. Timescales are,
unfortunately short but I would be grateful If you could pass this message
on to anyone who would be interested, the Faculty and the Department of
materials Engineering in particular has a strong research reputation on
the Engineering use of neutrons, x-rays and is interested in getting more
inv9olved in synchrotron radiation and modelling.

3 Full-time Senior Lectureships / Lectureships in Engineering

Our engineering curriculum includes many exciting plans for future
development and there is an opportunity for three Lecturers to join our
teams in realising these plans. We are particularly keen to continue
developing the use of computers and information technology in the delivery
of our engineering courses.
Your expertise in teaching and research may be in any area relevant to
engineering structures,
materials engineering or
nanotechnology.
We offer you a stimulating and supportive team-oriented working

career. Appointment will be made on the Academic salary scales £20,267-
£24,193 or £25,203 - £32,215 or £33,820 - £38,221 p.a. according to
academic attainment and experience.
