[Neutron] Problems with ACNS Hotel Reservations

Problems with Hotel Reservations for the American Conference on 
Neutron Scattering

There have been problems with making hotel reservations at the 
University of Maryland Inn and Conference Center for the American 
Conference on Neutron Scattering.  We have been working with the 
hotel and these problems should be fixed.  There are plenty of rooms 
left at the conference hotel.

If you have had trouble making a reservation, please try making 
reservation directly with the Inn and Conference Center at:  (301) 
985-7300 -ask for reservations.  The Group Code for the Conference 
Rate is: ACNACNA

You can also try the on-line reservation system from the ACNS web site at:
http://www.ncnr.nist.gov/acns/lodging.html
though people have had repeated trouble with the on-line system and 
the national Marriott 800 reservation number.

The conference rate of $119 per night has been extended until May 15.

Please persevere!  There are plenty of rooms available at the Inn and 
Conference Center and any neighboring hotels that you may be directed 
to (in error) will be inconvenient for getting to/from the conference.
