[Neutron] VITESS 2.5.1 released

Dear Colleagues,

the new release of VITESS 2.5.1 can now be downloaded from the VITESS 
web site:

http://www.hmi.de/projects/ess/vitess/

This version includes a hollow cylinder sample, inelastic sample 
modules, as well as an alternative for the Fermi-chopper module.

For more details you can refer to rel_notes.2.5.txt downloaded with the 
version 2.5.1.
