The Laboratory for Neutron Scattering (ETH Zurich & PSI Villigen)
has an open tenure track position in the Small Angle and
Reflectometry Group. The starting date is July 2005
(or according to mutual agreement). We are looking for an
*** EXPERIENCED RESEARCH SCIENTIST ***
Your tasks:
Experimental research in the field of soft-matter using
both neutron and X-ray scattering techniques
Development of in-house PSI research programs in the field
of soft matter in collaboration with Swiss Universities
(University Fribourg, ETH Zurich)
Co-responsibility for the operation and further development
of the neutron instrumentation at the spallation source SINQ
Co-operation with guest scientists performing experiments at SINQ
Your profile:
You are a graduated, established research scientist (PhD),
with 5-10 years research experience in the field of
soft-matter and have experience with scattering techniques
(neutron-, X-ray-, light-).

relationship with both staff and guest scientists) and
