Dear Colleagues:
The Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Missouri-Columbia plans to fill a tenure-track faculty position in the general area of experimental materials research (including biological physics) using neutron scattering. This new faculty member will join an existing program that has several faculty members who utilize x-ray and neutron scattering for their research. The University operates an on-campus 10MW research reactor with five instruments for neutron scattering, which will provide an excellent local resource for a new faculty member.

We would be grateful if you could bring this position to the attention of potential candidates. A copy of the announcement that appears in Physics Today can be found at:

Thank you for your help,
Paul Miceli
