This is the Second Call for Papers for the Fifth International Conference on Synchrotron Radiation in Materials Science (SRMS-5), bringing together leading-edge synchrotron researchers in the materials sciences. The invited oral program includes more than 30 speakers. Approximately 30 contributed oral papers can still be accommodated in the program, and there are also opportunities to present at two conference poster sessions.
Presentations at SRMS-5 will provide an overview of the latest research developments in a broad range of materials areas. The deadline for abstract submission is: February 28, 2006. Notification of acceptance is by March 15. Topics to be highlighted include: polymers and biomaterials, thin films, electronic materials, surfaces and interfaces, magnetic materials, superconductivity, glasses and ceramics, engineering materials, nanostructured materials and self assembly, high pressure materials science and materials under extreme conditions, archeological materials, catalysis and clusters, quantum dots and wires, complex oxides, and innovative instrumentation.
Please see the following url
