Apologies to those who receive this more than once:

Registration is now open and abstracts are being accepted for the Neutrons in Biology meeting, July 11-13, ISIS, Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, United Kingdom.

The three day meeting will focus on recent progress in the application of neutron scattering to problems in biological and biomedical science. Talks will cover Small Angle Neutron Scattering of proteins and complexes in solution, studies of membrane proteins by neutron reflectometry and quasielastic neutron scattering, recent advances in neutron protein crystallography, as well as progress in instrumentation, experimental design, and data analysis.

Registration and information on abstract submission is available at the conference website:

http://www.isis.rl.ac.uk/conferences/nib2007/

Abstracts are invited for both oral and poster presentations. Some financial support is available for presenting authors and contributions from young scientists are particularly encouraged. The deadline for submission of abstracts for talks is May 28th. Poster abstracts will be accepted until June 18th.

Confirmed speakers include Professor Gordon Lindsay (Glasgow), Professor Bob Thomas (Oxford), Dr Thomas Hauss (HMI), Professor Jeremy Lakey (Newcastle), Dr Stephan Grage (Karlsruhe), Dr Günter Grossman (Daresbury Laboratory),Dr Susana Teixeira (ILL), Professor Jayne Lawrence (Kings College London), and Dr Andrew Whitten (ANSTO, Sydney).
