Dear colleagues,

I take the opportunity to announce also that the latest NMI3 newsletter 
is out and brings with it exciting news. The e-learning platform 
e-neutrons.org is now online. Now everyone can learn neutron scattering 
for free, and scientists can even simulate experiments before they 
travel to the facilities.
Another good news is that the EU-funded SINE2020 project has just opened 
a call for use of neutron facilities dedicated to industry. SINE2020 
offers consultation and free neutron scattering measurements to
