[Neutron] Wokshop SON2017 - First announcement

The sub-division Spectroscopie Optique et Neutronique of the French 
Division de Chimie Physique organizes its second workshop on June 
19-20th in Grenoble on the Complementarity between Optics and Neutron 
spectroscopy in the THz domain.
