[Neutron] Webinar on the study of lipid structures in membranes and food formulations

Dear all,
I am organising an online seminar about studying lipid structures in membranes and food formulations as part of the LINXS Northern Lights on Food theme (https://www.linxs.se/northern-lights-on-food). The fundamental aim of this series of seminars is to increase the understanding of how researchers can use X-rays and neutrons in studies related to food and health.
The first one in the series will be held on February 8, 2022 from 9:00-12:00 CET. It will feature Luke Clifton from ISIS and Stefan Salentinig from the University of Fribourg.
