[Neutron] Vacancy for senior scientist at J-PARC

We would like to draw your attention to a recent job opening for a Senior Scientist in MLF J-PARC.

Research theme: Dynamical study of materials by neutron inelastic and quasi-elastic scattering

Summary: The neutron instruments at the Materials and Life Science Experimental Facility (MLF) in J-PARC have the world's highest performance in combination with the high-intensity pulsed neutron source. The Materials and Life Science Division provides the best experimental opportunities to users around the world and promotes cutting-edge research and development in various fields ranging from academic research to industrial applications. In this theme, we will promote research on materials science using the various neutron instruments at MLF, as well as upgrade, maintain and support the cold neutron disk chopper spectrometer (AMATERAS). We will also design new neutron instruments for the future.
