[Neutron] FLNP User Program. 2026 - I ROUND

Dear Colleagues,

The Frank Laboratory of Neutron Physics of the Joint Institute for 
Nuclear Research invites you to submit applications for neutron beam 
time at the high-flux pulsed reactor IBR-2.

Applications are accepted through the online system at: 
https://ibr-2.jinr.int. We are pleased to inform you that the updated 
interface of the application system has been developed taking into 
account your suggestions aimed at improving user convenience and 
ensuring a more efficient application submission and processing process.

The deadline for application submission is October 14, 2025.

Beam time will be allocated for the reactor cycles in the first half of 
2026 based on the results of the evaluation of applications by expert 
committees and in accordance with the Regulations of the FLNP JINR User 
Program.
