[Neutron] VITESS 2.11 released

The version 2.11 of the simulation package VITESS has been released. It can be downloaded from the internet site http://www.helmholtz-berlin.de/vitess.

The main new features are:
- its use under Mac OS X is supported now
- the default graphics library is GNUPLOT now, a general plot template handling allows to connect any user specific plot software
- instrument definitions specified with the GUI can be exported to perl and python script files
- a new module 'monitor2D' allows to plot arbitrary combinations of parameters against each other in a 2D plot
- a new module 'sample_nxs' simulates coherent and incoherent scattering, absorption and transmission based on neutron cross sections and the unit cell definition
- a new module 'eval_sans' allows the calculation of S(Q)

Help files exist now for all existing modules. Bug fixes have been done for guide, eval_elast2 and in general tool routines. For more details see the release note delivered with the package.
