[Neutron] Postdoctoral position available at the University of Virginia now

The Department of Physics at the University of Virginia is seeking to 
hire a postdoc with expertise in neutron and synchrotron X-ray 
scattering techniques to study the structure and dynamics of strongly 
correlated electron systems.

Highly motivated candidates with strong interest in materials physics 
and strong experience in diffraction and elastic and inelastic 
scattering techniques are especially encouraged to apply. The successful 
candidate's research will be conducted at the University of Virginia, 
Department of Physics, with the scattering work carried out at national 
and international facilities. This is a one-year appointment with the 
possibility of renewal for one or two additional years if mutually 
agreeable, and contingent upon availability of funds. The successful 
candidate must have completed her/his PhD in experimental condensed matter.
