Dear Colleagues,

2018 is a special year for neutron spin-echo spectroscopy as we celebrate 40 years of user operation of IN11,
the start-up of WASP and the recent upgrades of J-NSE and IN15. At this occasion we organise a School &
Workshop on Neutron Spin-Echo Spectroscopy (NSE2018), that will run as a satellite workshop to the ILL/ESS
User Meeting.

The NSE School will take place on 8 October 2018 at ILL, followed by the first workshop day at ILL.
The remainder of the workshop is a parallel session of the ILL/ESS User Meeting held at 10-12 October
at the World Trade Center in Grenoble, France.
The website of the event is available on <http://www.neutrons4europe.com/>http://www.neutrons4europe.com <http://www.neutrons4europe.com/>

The submission deadline for oral and poster presentations is 3 June 2018 and the registration deadlines are
3 July 2018 (early bird) and 4 September (full fee).

The school is intended for people who have done some neutron scattering but no neutron spin echo yet.
Everybody interested in this wonderful technique is welcome to come.

We hope to see you in Grenoble soon!

With best regards,
the local organisation committee
