[Neutron] User Committee for the Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Zentrum

Dear Members of the Neutron Scattering Community,

The Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Zentrum (MLZ) in Garching has, from January
2018, established a User Committee.  The members of this committee are
elected by the users.  The committee represents users in official
meetings and provides a discussion forum within the user community.  The
committee reports to the MLZ Directors on new strategic ideas and makes
suggestions to continue the improvement of the facility for users.
