[Neutron] PNCMI 2020 is postponed

Dear Colleagues,

The COVID-19 epidemic is developing quickly worldwide. As we ensure that the health and safety of our attendees, staff, and operational personnel in the upcoming PNCMI are our top priority, the local organizing and the International Advisory Committees believe a postponement to PNCMI 2020<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpncmi2020.umd.edu%2F&data=02%7C01%7Cwangchun.chen%40nist.gov%7Cbcc5c108d62844d403b308d7da6c828f%7C2ab5d82fd8fa4797a93e054655c61dec%7C1%7C0%7C637218031896669542&sdata=47ObNBQ7J%2FOn8AH3QOdjSpXhQDgcLsbZEkXW7Ly%2FR10%3D&reserved=0> and its associated polarized neutron school is necessary. Therefore, we have decided to postpone PNCMI 2020 and its school until next year. We will announce the new dates at a later time when we have a clearer view of the evolving situation. We hope you will join us at PNCMI 2021. We wish you well during these uncertain times.
