[Neutron] Users of Australian Neutron Beamlines - Sign Up to the New ANBUG Membership System Today

Dear Users of neutron beamlines at Australia’s OPAL research reactor,

Membership of the Australian Neutron Beam User Group (ANBUG) is moving to a
new online management system and we require all present ANBUG members to
complete a short sign up form (Join ANBUG
<http://anbug.net/civicrm/?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm%2Fcontribute%2Ftransact&reset=1&id=2>)
for you to continue to receive correspondence from ANBUG in the future. New
ANBUG members from our domestic and international user community are also
welcome to join ANBUG through the same online form. Our ability to advocate
on behalf of the user community is critically dependent on the weight of
our membership and we hope that you will join us to add your voice.

ANBUG membership is FREE and the online membership form (Join ANBUG
<http://anbug.net/civicrm/?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm%2Fcontribute%2Ftransact&reset=1&id=2>)
will take less than 2 minutes to complete. Membership is for 2 years after
which you will receive an automated request for renewal, you can terminate
your membership at any point by contacting the secretary (
secretary at anbug.net).

ANBUG advocates on behalf of the Australian and New Zealand neutron
scattering communities, runs the biennial AINSE-ANBUG Neutron Scattering
Symposia and ANSTO User Meetings, disseminates opportunities for neutron
scientists both at home and abroad and rewards the outstanding achievements
of our members. In addition, the executive committee is beginning to plan
other ANBUG outreach activities including masterclasses led by ANSTO’s
expert beamline scientists in their areas of expertise for ANBUG members.
