[Neutron] ITMNR-9, Buenos Aires 2020: POSTPONED

Dear Colleagues,

Due to the deteriorating situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, the
ITMNR Organising and Scientific Committees together with ISNR have decided
to *postpone * the meeting. We will follow the evolution of events and will
announce the new date for the meeting in the near future.

Wishing you all good health and looking forward to seeing you in Buenos
Aires.
