[Neutron] BornAgain 20.0

A new maintainer team has released a consolidated version of BornAgain,
the open-source cross-platform software for simulating and fitting
neutron and x-ray reflectometry, off-specular scattering and
grazing-incidence small-angle scattering.

In the future, releases with extended or improved functionality
shall be published more frequently, and will not be announced on
this list, but only on bornagain-announcements. Subscribe at
