[Neutron] NMI3 Industry workshop at ICNS: "Instrumentation - A challenge for European markets"

Dear colleagues,

NMI3 invites you to its ICNS satellite Workshop: "Instrumentation - A 
challenge for European markets" on the afternoon of 9th of July.

Scope of the Workshop:
NMI3 "Industry as a supplier workshop"
The meeting will bring together suppliers of key equipment for neutron 
and muon instruments with people from the facilities who are responsible 
for purchasing and procurement and the clients who are the facility 
engineers and scientists.
Previous studies led by the EC, already highlighted bottlenecks such as 
lack of harmonisation of procurement rules and standards, but also the 
importance of getting suppliers involved upfront with the research 
facilities.
This workshop is the perfect opportunity to speak out loud and get 
involved in this topic as it will prepare the involvement of suppliers 
in the next framework program HORIZON2020 (to start in 2014!)

Registered workshop participants will be able to access ICNS free of 
charge during July 9th afternoon.
