Dear Friends and Colleagues:

This is the third announcement of the 7th School on Representational Analysis and Magnetic Structures (RAMS). The school is targeted towards researchers interested in applying group theory to solving magnetic structures with neutron diffraction. The school will cover both representational analysis and magnetic space group approaches. The program will include both lectures and labs working with software such as SaraH, FULLPROF, and the ISOTROPY software suite. We will also provide an overview of magnetic symmetry tools developed on the Bilbao crystallographic server. Invited lecturers include Andrew Wills (U. College, London), Huibo Cao (ORNL), Stuart Calder (ORNL), V. Ovidiu Garlea (ORNL), Clarina Dela Cruz (ORNL), Efrain Rodriguez (UMD), William Ratcliff (NIST), and Branton Campbell (Brigham Young University).

The school will be hosted at the University of Maryland College Park campus and participants can stay on campus at discounted prices. The school will begin Tuesday, June 20th, and end Saturday, June 23rd. Visit our site at magnetism-school.org/static/2018<http://magnetism-school.org/static/2018/index.html> to learn more. Registration is open and the fee for online registration is $150. The deadline for online registration is June 15th, 2018. Attendance will be limited to 30 participants, so please apply soon.
